Provided by YP.comI had a minor tear in the connective tissue in my shoulder sustained from a jet-skiing accident about 2 months ago which caused me a great deal of pain. I decided to seek a chiropractic help and I'm glad I did because after a lot of intensive therapy, my shoulder pain has subsided drastically and I've regained 90% of its range of motion. I can't tell you that this therapy was painless though. Actually my massage therapist Aramis routinely dug his elbow into my shoulder to break up any scar tissue. This was a deep tissue massage and it's not for the feint of heart. But if you can tolerate pain, I believe that this is the best way to fix an injury without risking developing an addiction to pain killers, which had happened to a friend of mine who went to a pain clinic.
Brandi and Dr Mike are especially kind. They worked with me even though I couldn't afford their full price. Dr Mike also suggested that I start using dumbells to strengthen my shoulder. When I told him that I didn't have any, he lent me a pair!
