Disgusting and Unprofessional

I found out through a nightmare experience with this so called funeral home that in Florida deceased elderly are commodities. This place is corporate owned and has no personal touch. We had the great misfortune of dealing with Brady. It was like purchasing a car. She gave you an "offer" for your loved ones funeral and had to keep going back into a closed door room to consult with someone else. Was a clueless wonder, no empathy, no sympathy, so unprofessional. Promise made were broken. We actually overheard an elderly associate of hers telling her not to promise what she cannot deliver. Our loved one looked awful at visitation and was a total embarassment to our entire family.Limo provided to church was a white Vegas party limo. Unreal.
