We took our vehicle to 3 shops including the dealer and they could not trace the short that was killing our battery. We brought it into cape auto clinic and within a few hours they had us straightened out

I have taken my car to them for minor simple repairs for a couple of years and they were ok and reasonable but the last time I took my car there, the problem was not that obvious and it left them scratching their heads and not wanting to deal with the car at all. I had to go back a couple of times because the problem was not fixed. When I showed up the second time at their shop, they would deliberately ignore me and would walk away until I spoke up and told them that this was not the way to deal with a problem. I ended up taking the car somewhere else and got it done right on the first try. I no longer take my car there.
