My wife and 3 kids as well as myself have been here before. Despite the front staff member Bobbie being rude in the past. We are self payers and have paid well over $1000 for past visits. Today i had a cold and went here and upon walking in Bobbie was elsewhere and came to the front desk after a few minutes. I filled out the required paperwork and upon givong it to her she informed me the visit would be $150 the new patient rate. Returning patients are charged $100. I informed her that I had been here before. She became very rude and told me that the rate applied to my daughters and wife and that my rate was $150. I asked to speak with Dr. Wright to which she said NO and that he would only tell me the same thing! This office does not care about its patients nor does Dr. Wright care about how his front staff Bobbie treat patients. My dad was a doctor and i know he always required his staff treat his patients with fairness and kindness and that it wasnt just about money. I informed Bobbie that because of her rude attitude my family not I would be coming back. I subsequently went to Urgent Care of SW Florida at 1708 Cape Coral Parkway W.....and best thing to have happened. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT as well as the DR. And it was cheaper! No wonder they had people in thier waiting room and none were in Dr. Wrights....hmmm wonder why....

The office was beautiful when we walked in. However, the receptionist was HORRIBLE. After waiting at the desk for her to show up, she immediately informed us the Dr would be gone for an hour and we could come back then. URGENT care???? She definately took the urgent OUT of urgent care. Her attitude was so uncaring I would question the Dr who would have her representing him. We never got to see a Dr so can't rate the care here.

Looking for a physician to care for me on a regular basis. Dr. Dave Wright was great. He took his time and was more than helpful . I was impressed with him both professionally and personally . Would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

My MIL has been fighting a severe cold/flu for a little over a week and finally decided on Memorial Day she needed to be seen, many of the Urgent Care centers in the area were closed due to the Holiday, she was very happy to find All Wright Urgent Care was open. She said the staff was very friendly even given it was a holiday and she will definitely go back there if she needs to be seen at an Urgent Care Facility again. Great Job!

I was stung by a wasp and the pharmacist recommended that I go to an urgent care facility. I rushed to get there and arrived at about 10 minutes to 6. The place was locked and dark with a "closed" sign on the door.

I'm visiting friends in SW Florida and caught a sinus cold that was on the way to my chest. I went to the clinic in Cape Coral on a Saturday AM, was treated with respect and care by the medical staff and seen promptly. Dr. provided inhalation treatment and prescriptions to keep this from going any further, and already I'm feeling much better. My ratings are: Doctor = 5 stars Staff = 5 stars Cleanliness = 5 stars Ambience = 5 starsI'm thankful to find such great care 1200 miles from home. .MA.

I wasn't feeling well for the past few days. I am new to the area, so I wasn't sure what kind of Urgent Care this would be. They were very warm and professional. The facility was very clean and beautiful. I would recommend this Urgent Care to my own family. Thank you!
