I give this place 4 stars because of ROSE (one of the girls there). She is very detailed and quiet, she just lets you relax while she does your nails and they turn out perfect every single time.

The owner, is the reason i'm not giving the place 5 stars that Rose deserves. The owner is a bit rude, she will make phone call on her cell while doing client's nails, outbound calls, not inbound business line. She at times answers business line with "Hello" which is unprofessional for any business owner. She did my finger nails once and they were ok, a bit messy and I had to ask her to clean up my cuticle, to which she jokingly responses with "that will be extra". Ya, I don't think so. (Rose always cleans up.)

If Rose didn't do my toes then, I would never go back. And if Rose leaves, I won't go back either. But while she is there, 4 stars. 5 if the owner goes in the back office and hires another Rose.
