I am terrified of going to the dentist, but I have found Dr. Vo and her staff to be wonderfully professional and comforting. She is always straight forward with her diagnosis, and makes sure I understand what she is going to do to my teeth. I have been here for quite a few cleanings, but yesterday I went to her with a very sensitive toothache in a back molar. Even cold wind was causing pain. In a few seconds she found a crack in my tooth. She immediately organized a consultation with the in-house Endodontist, who recommended a root canal to save the tooth. He was amazing. I did not feel a thing. Of course it was not "fun", but I went into it with dread and found myself comfortable and relaxed. I came out saying he is the "King of the Root Canal". If I ever have to do that again I am coming here without question. Dr. Vo is going to put a crown on the tooth next week. I trust her and her staff. I would not come here if i didn't. The patient care from the front of house staff is friendly and kind. The patient care from Dr. Vo and the other doctors in the office is extremely professional. They manage to be straight forward and clear with diagnosis and treatment, while maintaining a real skill for gentle care. For someone who is terrified of going to the dentist, this is a real pleasure to find.

This was the worst experience of my life. As I was filling out paper work I could hear the receptionist and assistant talking about hangovers which I though was unprofessional. First they sat me in a room and did not greet me or even smile or make small talk. They had x-ray technicians that had no idea what they were doing. First she didn't know how to open the program to x-ray, then she had to keep re-positioning it because she wasn't getting the right image, she had to ask for help from another person, computer kept freezing and it took them almost an hour to get all the x-rays done. When the dentist came in she complained about the x-rays again and made them do them over. She then came into examine me as a new patient and just rudely said its been forever since you have seen a dentist and began to lecture me. As a patient I felt unwelcomed. They were unfriendly, unaccommodating and I would never recommend them to anyone.
