Wonderful facility and great staff. I had an excellent experience at AFC Urgent care. The medical provider Ryan Hartogh was extremely thorough in my examination. He electronically sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Best urgent care experience I've had. I highly recommend this center

Had a great experience here! The doctor was very thorough and helped diagnose an issue I'd been having for several months. Very relieved to have it resolved! The staff were very friendly and helpful... something you don't find in other offices. Would recommend and will be back for any other issues.

I had great experience there multiple times, and it is really close to home so I don't have to drive across the valley. It is my first choice before calling my regular facility.

Very speedy service, friendly staff. Walked in, filled out paperwork, and was seen within five minutes.



My kid fell ill while we were leaving, and the staff rushed to help. The friendly doctor on hand also rushed to help, and even gave an examination. Will definitely return. A++ service and prices.

Rude & unprofessional! Don't even waste your time giving them a try. Front desk was the absolute worse!

I am very dissatisfied with this doctors office. I injured my back and was in immense pain, I couldn't even stand up straight. I called their office at 9am and staff said Dr. Was not in, but on her way. so I headed down to the office assuming she would be in shortly. The Dr. Didn't bother to show up to her office until 11:30am. Needless to say she had a waiting room full of angry patients. When I finally was called in to see her, I tell the Dr. My about my back and she proceeds to rush through our consultation and act annoyed that she has to assess me. Is it my fault she showed up to her job 3 hours late and is running behind? She didn't seem very concerned about my back injury, gave me no advice for home care or exercises that could help, she quickly wrote me some prescriptions and walked out without another word, leaving me sitting in the office wondering "Is that it? Do I leave now?" So I got dressed asked the staff if I my appointment was finished and if I could leave since the dr. Didn't explain anything or even bother to say goodbye. They advised me that I could leave, and I went on my way. On the way home I picked up my prescriptions and went home to lay down, at this point I am in tears due to all the pain I am in still so I was really hoping for some relief. To my surprise I had a bad reaction to the medication she prescribed and broke out in to: hives and a sever case of stomach cramping and diarrhea. I immediately called DOCTORS EXPRESS and told the receptionist about my bad reaction to the medication, she politely put me on hold and said she would tell the Dr. And be right back. When the receptionist came back on the line she advised me that the she had talked to the Dr and there is nothing she can do for me. WHAT?? I am not only in extreme pain, but I am having an allergic reaction to the medication? I say. She apatheticly just keeps repeating sorry that's what the Dr said. I am furious at this point that the Dr. Isn't helping me or advising me what to do when I am clearly becoming I'll from the meds she gave me. The receptionist offers to have the Dr. Call me back when she is done with her current patient. So I wait around for about a half hour and receive a call back from the Dr. (Surprised she follwed through) and I explain the bad reaction I am getting from the meds and asking why she is saying "thats all she can do" if Im becoming ill over her prescription? She then proceeds to tell me she never said that and her office staff is lying to me. OK? That's weird? I don't know why they would lie to me, but whatever I ask "OK, then what do I do now? " "Obviously I should stop taking the medication right?" She replies No take the medication still, and your back pain should go away in 6 to 8 weeks. I was livid and asked what kind of DR advises me to continue a medication that is making me severely sick? She then said "that's all I can do" and hung up. I have never been so upset nor treated so rudely by a Dr. I then had to drive clear across town to Facey to get help. I had to spend another $20 copay now and another $30 in prescriptions for something this Dr should have cared enough to help me in the FIRST PLACE!! Facey was extremely accommodating and prescriped me a non narcotic that I didn't get a bad reaction from. they advised me to discontinue the meds DR EXPRESS had prescribed immediately and were astonished a fellow DR would treat me in this manner. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DOCTORS EXPRESS FOR ANY CARE. I have advised my family and friends as well of my experience and so far everyone has been utterly disgusted with the treatment I was given. So please, if your considering going to Doctors Express Please remember my story and how carelessly I was treated before putting yourself or your loved ones through such an awful experience. What a great place this is the staff is very caring and friendly while you wait. They routinely check on you to see how one is doing and they offer you water or coffee while you wait for your medicine to be filled. Yes that's right you can get your medicine at the same spit you don't have to drive somewhere else, especially when one is hurt and barely made ut to the doctors. The doctor himself comes out and explains how tontake the medicine and gives you a print out of what your condition is. How fab is that!!! You don't just go home knowing what you have but you also know how to treat it and care for it. Within a couple of days they call you to see how you are doing. Wow talk about patient care. I haven't seen this in a long time. Especially an urgent care.
