I have Kimble picking up my trash (container). I was driving down the highway when one of their semi's with the back open dropped a stone out the open back. It was like slow motion watching it bounce out the back hit the pavement and hit my windshield. I was told it is a road hazard, I call it negligence. I was told they sweep out the backs of the open empty containers. Someone didn't do their job. Nonetheless, I cancelled my service. $40.15 per month they will be loosing when they could have taken care of a $50. chip repair. I had to click "one" star to send this post. Make it -1.

I've never had an issue with my service until Kimble bought out J&J. I've also had Republic in the past and they were good as well.... never a problem. Problems all the time with Kimble. They miss my trash or don't get it all and want me to wait till next service to come back and get it.

It seems like every week for some reason these guys like to leave papers or boxes just floating around on our street it gets old quick
