I don't know where I had a problem with bed bugs they came out to my house the very day that I called them they wanted to start treatment that day but I couldn't because I have children and we had to be out of the house for 4 hours they came and treated my house up to four times they have answered all my questions they have help me people don't seem to realize the thing of getting rid of bed bugs is that you have to clean and wash your clothes I have cleaned and washed every piece of clothing at my house my curtains I have vacuumed my couch I vacuum every day I have seen two gotten rid of the problem it has been 3 weeks and I have not had any problems people don't seem to realize that there is a lot of cleaning involved so if they help you you got to do your part too as of right now I have not had any problems with bed bugs anymore thank you Richard and Melissa they said that they would give me a three month warranty and I do believe if I have any more problems that they will be at my house to treat again

Poor they said contact them we have still no response. Liers thiefs not here for ppl and not trust worth husband the owner is a hot head n cuss you out. When you right n he wrong like deal ing with a teenager domt waste your money on them

I was very happy with my experience with this company. Both the pest control & the cleaning aspects of it. Very professional in handling the situation. We had an issue because of a neighbor that left a nightmare when moving.. The employees were extremely polite and worked very hard to help us handle the problem. I would refer them to anyone in need of pest control or Cleaning services. I will definitely have them out to clean for me again!!

Never on time. Very rude. Do not use this company. They do not guarantee there work. You get a cheep deal and you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money with this company.

Do yourself a favor. When you read all the reviews on a company and there all 5 Star. Something's gotta be wrong. I mean come on no ones perfect. There reviews read like one person wrote them all on all there websites. RED FLAG right there. They do not stand behind there service. I don't see anything written saying where they even got there expertise from. It's like they was watching tv one day. More than likely it was Billy The Exterminator. Then they said to each other why can't we be like them. And this worthless cheating company was formed. And from that day forward they have preyed on unsuspecting customers. Don't be a "I Told you So"

Richard and his team did a very excellent job at handprint are pest problem called him late at night he came out that night to inspect and was back the very next day with treatment. Great service and very friendly people. Thanks for setting my mind back at ease Richard ..

I travel a lot for business. A little over a month ago I was waking up with bites and after several hours of researching on my own, I realized I was battling my worst nightmare when it comes to being a traveler. It was his willingness to speak to me on a Sunday night, a holiday no matter, and set up my appointment for the following morning that immediately calmed my anxiety. I knew help was on the way and while I was prepared to break my bank account to get rid of my problem after researching what the other companies charge, Richard gave me a price that lowered my anxiety even more. The Goodwins were absolutely incredible. We got bed bugs after a family vacation and a stay at a hotel. The day I called they were out that night taking care of it.
