Nice people and decent prices.

Good prices and smiles UNTIL you need service. I bought $500 in reloading equipment and found a part to be missing. I called to see if they would help. First I was told if they had another unit in the store, they would gladly take the part out and give it to me. When I said there is another kit, I was told in a unfriendly manner,; So you want ME to take a part out and have to get another from the manufacturer?!!. You can call them or write to them. This one man's opinion, so take it for what it is worth. I was stunned at the sudden turn-around, once I mentioned they had another in stock, and insulted by the approach taken in addressing the matter. Good prices and lots of smiles, UNTIL you need service. Now I must wait days or weeks to use my new component. Lovely . . . . . simply lovely.

I have been in all their stores and their salesmen are very knowledgeable and extremely polite! I've dealt with a lot of outfitters and gun stores and by far The Fin rates as the best. They have the largest selection and best prices.

I went here looking for a 1911. Not only did they have the most in stock they had the best prices. They were $150 cheaper then Gander mountain. The place was really busy the night i stopped by. I waited no more then 5 minutes for service. The sales rep was very helpful and did not rush me.

I understand they get busy. I get that. Fine. But some of their sales staff around in the firearms display are:

1.) Blatantly rude and as another reviewer said, working only for a paycheck. Rare positive customer service experiences I've received here.



2.) Not knowledgeable. One staff member told me that Springfield 1911's have been some of the best since they started making them 8 years ago! Let's disregard that they were used in the World Wars.



Some of the staff are alright. But more times than none, I've left that store with a bad impression.
