We had a flat tire on New Year's Eve with no spare. OnStar contacted Canton Towing. When they arrived. James Roberts was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend his service.

I had my van towed in February, and the tow truck driver yanked the van out of the ditch at a 45° angle and damaged my front end.
All the neighbors and I witnessed this event.
Upon calling Canton towing, they recommended me to take my car to Firestone to get an estimate.
Firestone said I needed $1000 worth of repairs before they would align my vehicle.
All I wanted was my steering wheel back in the center, not an alignment or $1000 worth of repairs.
They refused to pay and now I have a vehicle with the steering wheel cocked to the side.
I will never ever use AAA or Canton towing again, and I recommend you all do the same.
My roadside assistance is cheaper through my car insurance, and I also have Comprehensive coverage as well.

Wrecked into our flatbed when trying to tow it,causing over 3,000 in damage. Refusing to pay for damages. Have lost 2 weeks and counting in lost revenue, waiting on trailer repair. Have hired attorney and will be suing as soon as we get trailer back.

Canton Towing is amazing. I've had to use them a couple times and haven't been let down once. When my insurance company wants to give me someone else I refuse. These guys are AWESOME

Canton towing saved the day when rockys in Minerva never showed for AAA. I waited 2 HOURS for rockys. Canton Towing is picking up all the slack.

I was involved in a accident and Canton Towing showed up with a disco ball for a truck, a professional uniformed driver who explain this process to me and ever so politely help me get a rental, cleaned all the items out of my wrecked car into my rental and notified once my car arrived at the body shop... I am not from around here but I would love to have a Towing Company like this in my area! CLASS ACT!

If I could give zero stars I would. Canton Towing LOST the key to my truck they towed to my house, then proceeded to try and "rock" the truck off of the tow bed, most likely doing more damage to the truck.
I had called and complained for a few days and asked where the key was and they denied having it; after the man i spoke with the day before said they did. When I started getting upset and calling out the owner on the lies and damage, he hung up on me.

I disagree with the Canton Auto repair reveiw listed above. I've used this repair shop for years now. They are very courteous, knowldgeable,and have always taken care of me and my car concerns. As a former employee at AAA, I would highly recommend Canton Auto Repair.
