For the past few weeks, the electricity in most rooms of our house have gone out in the late evening, for a while, and then gone back on after irregular periods of time. I thought it was something wrong with our home, which was built in 1958 and still has the original wiring. I fixed some things I thought were causing the problem, but the power went off again, this time in the morning, a change in the pattern. I called Rinewalt, and within 30 minutes a technician arrived at our home, after the power had returned. He spent some time discussing the situation, and checked the main fuse box, and reached the conclusion that the problem was outside of our home, possibly from the power poll, or the lines coming into the house, which ran through several tree branches. He suggested we contact the power company to check the outside lines. He seemed to know what he was doing, and explained things to me so I had a better understanding, and could communicate this to the power company, which I did. Rinewalt Electric not only did not make any effort to run up the bill with unnecessary repairs, they did not charge me anything for the call.

We needed an electrician so our landlord recommended Rinewalt Electric to come over the next morning. They came on time and completed the work quickly! I was very impressed with the electrician and thought he was polite.

Honest, honest, honest! It's easy for people to take advantage of their customers when they have no knowledge of this topic. I called a few companies and this one had the lowest quote! You get the biggest bang for your buck here!

The electrician from Rinewalt Electric showed up to my house 15 minutes early, completed the work, cleaned up what little mess he had made and had our broken outlets and switches working in no time. Price was extremely fair given the work that was completed.

Finally, an honest, decent, competent electrician! Rinewalt Electric came out to a rental house I own yesterday and quickly traced, diagnosed and fixed the source of the electrical problem at a very reasonable price. I have several older homes and have hired many electricians over the years to fix everything from minor problems to full electrical panel upgrades. To say the least, I have always been disappointed in the electricians and never hired any a second time. Now I have found a great place to call next time and the time after and after...

If you're looking for an electrician, stop now. Because Rinewalt Electric is the best you're going to find around here. You can search on all the review sites and even ask around if you want. But chances are, you'll just end up with these guys. We bought a house here that needed some serious TLC in the wiring dept. The estimate took all of 3 minutes. They know these houses inside and out. Their prices were the best around. Seriously. We did some research and talked to a hand full of electricians in the process.We had our service cable replaced along with a new board to replace the 4-breaker that came with the house. We also had the entire kitchen re-wired since we had walls down and we were still mid-demo mode. While they were doing what we agreed to, they also fixed a few things upstairs that were just wrong. They hooked us up with an outdoor plug, and also discovered a serious fire hazard a previous owner had hidden inside the walls. I won't go into too many details about all the extra stuff they did because I don't want to give the impression that they're some kind of non-profit. All I will say is these guys are about as stand-up as you will find. They did what we agreed to, for the price they set. And in the process they fixed a few other things to make sure our home was safe. They were clean, friendly, and efficient.

I like to think that I don't need a contractor for home improvement projects, without going into details I tried to rewire on my own and it didn't work out for me. Thanks, Rinewalt, for not laughing too hard when you saw what I had done... And thanks for doing such a super job!! Everything is good to go now.
