On a scale of 1-10 I would have to give the service a 3 at 10:50pm on this Tuesday evening. I frequent this location almost daily with my work travels. The food is pretty good but they were out of things like large fry containers and asked if I'd rather have medium fries after the charge was rung up. Had to tell them just use a small container for the rest. But to start with this finds evening I was told it would be a minute before I could be waited on as it was shift change. No worries but 10 minutes later when I had become irritated that there was nothing being done. I asked when I might expect to be waited on. One of the register ladies shouted around the corner and asked when to start and then came around with an empty money drawer for the register and a scowl on her face while looking at me. I don't think I have ever felt quite so un welcome.
