Everything was good...great atmosphere, friendly service but the quality of product used was inferior. ...i DID NOT put my hands into anything unusual to cause the break down of the nails...my nails were chipping on the sides snd breaking half way up before a week had passed of me getting them done....i am very disappointed in the quality of product...my time is very precious and i am very busy, i don't have time to go and get fixes taken care of...in my case it would be a complete redo....no i don't have that kind of time...very disappointed so close to home too

They had a special for shellac manicures, so my friend and I went. Big mistake! They upped the price by the end of the manicure and we each had several cuticles painful & bleeding . My color on my left hand "slid" and was thick and gunky off to the side of my five nails. Never, ever again will I go there. Bait and switch, and terrible, rough service.

My sister and her daughter were treated to a pedicure (by me) for their birthdays. This was not where I go for my pedicures but this was closer for them. We weren't greeted well, the massage chair remote was not explained to them, the employee that did my sisters pedicure was very rough and worked like she was trying to see how many pedicures she would be able to do and we had appointments!! Not a great first impression. I would not take anyone there ever again.

Very clean interior. Staff is professional, and talented. I have always had great results with their work, and they are a great value!

I went to U.S. nails Wednesday and by Friday one of my nails had popped off. By Monday I had 2 nails chip. There is no reason that in less than a week I need to go somewhere else to get them redone. They were very rough and had 2 different people work on my nails. I will never go back there again.

I went to U.S. Nails last night and they we very rough and in a hurry. They damaged every cutical and nail bed i have except for my left pinky. They hurt now very much and I am having them taken off today. I am extremely upset with the work they did. The nails are very flat not to mention 3 very crooked. I cried trying to go to sleep last night. Every time I would pull the blanket to get comfortable, it was painful. DO NOT GO HERE!
