Called in requesting a price quote on Crystal Head vodka, was put on hold for a minute and was told it was $39.99 for 750mL. I thought this was a great price since Alpharetta Total Wine has it on their web site for $44.99. When I went in to purchase it less than an hour later, it was $49.99. I asked the clerk to check with the manager and ended up asking him to come up and talk to me. The clerk was irritated that I asked and said, "he's not going to sell it to you anyway for that price". Subsequently the manager said he was 900% sure he told me $49.99 over the phone. I informed him I was a 1000% sure he told me it was $39.99. To break the impasse I asked him to at least match the Alpharetta price and he said that they didn't do that. So if you like higher prices, or if you appreciate no attempt to resolve a miscommunication or poor customer experience, shop at Uncle Jack's in Canton!

I went to check out at the register and the manager asked for my ID, and then asked for my 14 year old daughters ID. Then refused the sale when I couldn't produce an ID for her. The manager was very rude, and I'm certain I smelled alcohol on her breath.

I'm extremely impressed with the customer service at Uncle Jack's. It's a beautiful store and the staff is very helpful! I love there selection.... Especially the Dos Lunas Tequila (my favorite is the Reposado)!

This place has some wierd rules. They wouldnt sell any spirits to my 22 year old daughter in-law because she happened to walk into the store with my 19 year old daughter. We were making a recipe for Tiramisu and this was there last stop for the ingredients we needed. My daughter went to wait in the car but theclerk still refused to sell anything to my daughter in-law. I called to inquire if this was a GA state law. the person I spoke to on the phone said it was not but it was their policy.

I wouldn't bother stopping at this store if anyone in your party is under 21.
