I shipped a two day package from this store which took almost a full month to reach it's destination. (Lost? Never shipped? Who knows?!) Their employee was sympathetic but both owners were incredibly rude (especially Ken) and made it clear that once they were paid for shipment, they had no interest in whether or not it was actually delivered. After MANY phone calls they finally offered to pay for 1/2 shipping if I wanted to recreate the shipment. It's my understanding they also operate the Milton store at Birmingham. Never. Again. As a small business owner myself, their "solution" was insulting. I spend several hundred a year in postage... I sure hope that last $20 was worth it to them because it was the last dime they will ever get from me.

Very bad experience. Shipped a package of pottery and insured it for $300 and they broke every piece in the box. They would not reimburse me nor would the owner even TALK to me about it, even with several phone calls. Said it was my fault for stacking items within the box WHICH I DID NOT DO (the shape of the box wouldn't even allow for stacking.) I am a potter and have shipped pottery for 8 years and never once lost even one piece. This was my second bad experience at this store and I will never return.

Customers beware they will not ship your box, they want you to buy their boxes. They said my box had a code on it they couldn't ship it. I marked out the code with black and you could no longer see it but they still would not ship my package. This has happened to me twice. But it only happened at the 2 stores the same guy owns. I took the very same box down the street to the Hickory Flat UPS store and shipped with no problems both times. I suggest save yourself the time and just use another store.
