Do not go here. Horrible customer service from start to finish. First of all, the Canton location is suppose to open at 5:30. I got there at 5:33. The baker was there but wouldn’t let me inside until 5:50. He said he doesn’t work the register and his boss/owner of the company overslept. He called her multiple times on the phone. She finally arrived at work at 6:15. She was the rudest person I met. She barely acknowledged me. I told her that I wasn’t paying for everything because I’ve waited for almost 45 minutes for her to arrive to work and check me out. Then, she said, “ I haven’t waited that long.” Wow! She said with an attitude I will give you two muffins for free. She apologized with an attitude. She was talking to the “regular customer behind me” rather than acknowledging me. She was beyond RUDE and has poor customer service skills!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
