If you looking for the new place this salon should be your first choices they are short handed sometimes but their works always lasting so long over two or three weeks very professional and good customer service I am highly recommended this salon anyone new or even not new around in canton or holly springs should give them a try you won’t be disappointed

I had been coming here since they opened the staffs that doing a good job that is Jenny Mimi Christina Justin and Tina they had been such a hard time to find more employees that can do good job but they still trying please people if you are new customers plod not following bad reviews at least give them one try and see and come in ask for some of the good technicians can work on you also

Today is the last time I tell anyone to come here. So I typically have no issues with this nail salon usually I can go in and get what I want no problem even when they are busy. When I first started going I recommend everyone. However the service I received today was quite derogatory. I went in at 2:30 today they were busy no big deal I tell them what I want they say okay Ill be right with you theres only maybe 7 people inside total I pick out the gel colors I wanted sat for 30 minuets no service whatsoever nobody asked if I wanted a drink or anything 3 customers come in they are getting toes they start working on them right away speaking with them asking if there was anything they could get for them etc... Now I understand not everyone does fingernails in this shop so again Im still waiting the store owners son comes to put the stuff for gel nails but I told him before I wanted acrylics you cant do this step before you place the acrylics the nail tech comes over and says you want acrylics and gel on the acrylics? I said yes she said thatll be $40 I said okay. Another 30 minuets goes by at this point and hour and 15 minuets has gone by I wait another 20 minutes nobody has yet done my nails so I get up to leave and she goes Ill be right with you I just leave needless to say I will not be back this is the worst service I have ever experienced at this shop usually the owner is very nice and respectful she wasnt in the store today. But I would expect the same treatment from her employees today her employees showed me the worst customer service I have had in a nail shop.

Have been going to My Nail Spa for a couple of years. The service you receive depends on who you get to do your nails. Initially I was very happy with my Mani/Pedi's, unfortunately I have had 3-4 bad experiences recently and am no longer going to come here. The last pedicure I had was so bad that I went home, removed the polish and repainted myself. This salon is too inconsistent in the quality of service to continue frequenting it.

Just left this place fuming mad!!!! I have been here several times and received good service, until today!!! Started off with woman who I think may be the owner as she started to shorten my nails first hit of the drill I was cut. A few nails later I was cut again the same way, and yes I have gotten nicked before not a biggie but this was just pure carelessness. She then started working on my right hand with the drill got to 1 nail on my other than handed me off to this guy. He did not listen to me when I tried to tell him she only did one nail on my left hand until I told him twice. He quickly filed the other 4 fingers and proceeded to quickly apply the acrylic , not having me at the fan for drying at all. He quickly and carelessly used the drill to smooth and barely buffed smooth and applied polish to my nails, leaving polish on my skin. I was told go pay very rudely! I was Never brought to the dryer never did he try to remove the polish from my fingers. I have NEVER EVER been treated this way at a nail salon before! This is my one treat of relaxation I do for myself every two weeks and by far this experience was horrible! So now with bleeding, hot fingers from the drill I must wait to go get this mess fixed. Handed my card frequent customer discount card to the first woman who butchered me and told her I would never be back!!

I WAS IN THIS SHOP 04/28/2015, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE BEEN HERE, I WOULD NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE. BUT THERE WAS A WOMEN COMPLAINING TO TINA THE OWNER. THAT HER EMPLOYEE'S WERE BEING RUDE BY SPEAKING THERE LANGUAGE INFRONT OF CUSTOMER'S.TINA DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING THAT NOT ALL NAIL TECH'S IN GEORGIA CAN SPEAK ENGLISH, AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THE BOSS CAN COMUNICATE TO THEM WHAT THE CUSTOMER NEED'S. EVEN I KNOW AMERICAN'S DON'T WANT TO DO PEOPLE'S FEET. BUT SHE KEPT HER COMPOSURE AS THIS WOMEN WAS TRYING TO DEGRADE HER & HER BUSINESS. WHICH THEY DO THE BEST JOB, THE ARE ALWAY'S POLITE & CONSISTENT. THE PLACE IS ALWAY'S CLEAN. I WILL ALWAY'S RECOMMEND THIS SALON.

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS SHOP MANY TIME'S. THEY ARE ALWAY'S SWEET & DO A GREAT JOB. THE MAIN REASON I GO THERE AND RECOMEND ALL MY FRIEND'S, IS THAT IT IS ALWAY'S SO SANITARY. THEY USE THE PLASTIC LINRE'S IN THE PEDICURE BASIN'S, THAT NO BODY ELSE DOES. I HAVE ALWAY'S HAD A GREAT TIME THERE.

I SEE THAT FEBURARY REVIEW, BUT I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS SALON SINCE JANUARY OF 2015 AND HAVE GOT NOTHING BUT THE BEST TREATMENT WE HAVE EVER RECIEVED FROM A NAIL SALON ANYWHERE IN GEORGIA. CHRISTINA DOES A GREAT JOB ON ACRYLIC NAIL'S, AND THE PRESENTATION FOR THE MANICURE & PEDI IS SO UNIQUE WITH THE TRAY AND CANDLE, & FLOWER'S. THEY PAMPER YOU.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS SALON FOR 5 MONTH'S. THE OWNER TINA IS THE SWEETEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MEET. THE PLACE IS ALWAY'S CLEAN, AND THE EMPLOYEE'S ARE VERY FRENDLY. THE BEST MANICURE & PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. The nail technician did not do a good job and when I returned acted like he did not understand. He surely cannot be that clueless. He aggressively jerked my hands and cut my cuticle while filing. A few minutes later he said, "oh you have a boo boo"-NO JOKE the one you caused. The cuticle did bleed and he was totally unprofessional.

this was my 5th time here and service gets worse each time when they first opened they offered a drink not this time or time before (and i was the only customer at this time of day) water was way to hot for pedicure (if you want to it that i came home and had to dig nails out that would be ingrown within days)my fill in a asked for i think i must have been this mans first client but i must say he was the most nice person i came across others sat in there chairs as if bored later another lady came in and she must have been a famous person about everyone jumped at her bet and call let just say this will be my last time and i really liked this place when they first opened but they have truly settled in and assume you will return

Best nail salon I've EVER been to. And it's extremely hard for me to be satisfied with nails lol jenny did my nails and I'm so happy with them. Finally found someone who knows how to do my nails!
