Very friendly and very assuring. I am a guy that has some mild neuropathy. They take great care of my toes and feet. This is a very clean and sanitary place and you are always greeted with a smile.

Awful Manicure



I walked in and was surprised that it was not busy at 10am on a Saturday. Should have been a Red Flag. I asked for a manicure with Gel Polish. I got seated right away. The first thing that happened was the tech grabbed the electric drill sander. I said no and she grabbed for my hand and I put my hand up to stop her and again, Red Flag. The guy at the front desk came running back to tell her regular manicure and gel polish.



OMG, She made an attempt to remove my polish (regular, not gel), she did the hot mitt treatment but failed to push down my cuticles and she NEVER cleaned under my nails!!!! She played with her nippers about 10 minutes picking at little things on my nails. She walked back to the sink and got a wet washcloth and wiped my hands down then went right to the gel. First time in 25 years that I was not asked to go wash my hands.



I should have gotten up and left but you know how it is. It causes a scene and I would be the one that looked bad so I sat. She put the first coat on my nails and under the light. She then did 4 coats of the color and a final 2 of the gel. What the heck????



I picked out a skin tone polish but after 5 coats, I have thick gray nails. And.. I have to say that they have pink edges as she did not bother to remove all the old polish and they look like they have been growing out for 2 weeks because they are about 1/4 inch from the cuticles, that were not trimmed.



Absolutely the worst manicure I have ever had and to think they had the nerve to ask me for $32. I paid them and left and the more I think about it, the madder I get.



No wonder they were not busy! I'd give a -5 stars or a 0 if I could!!!!!!!!!!

I am always looking for a place that does my mani/pedi that first of all - looks GREAT and secondly, isn't too costly. I have used Holly Nails for several years now and on top of a great mani/pedi (and waxing for those of us that admit it), they have GREAT service. They are so nice there and it's always a great time.
