TERRIBLE. I paid them 18 dollars for two dresses to have them cleaned. when I came to pick them up they were still dirty. she claimed they were ruined. I took them home and threw them in the washing machine and they came right out. I asked for a refund and they refused.

I took a comforter to vedra cleaned, I tried to show to girl what it need, and she just brushed it aside, said "we'll find it and can take care of it".

Told me it would be readying Friday. I went on Friday, the guy had noises where it was. Said it'd be at least Monday, that it was at another store being dry cleaned. ( the sign painted on the door says ALL DRY CLEANING DONE HERE). I called on monday, not there, I called on Wednesday, not there, I went back a week later and they had it, $32.96. Unpaid them, brought it home and put it on the bed. Same stains were on the comforter. SLIGHLTY lighter but still the same color and very easy to see. When i called about taking it in, I specifically told them I had a comforter I wanted to SEE IF THEY COULD CLEAN, BEFORE I SENT IT OFF. when I got there, I reminded the same girls out what I said and if it wouldn't come clean didn't want to send it, we'd just replace it. She'd not even let me take the time to find the spot to show her, she just kept telling me, "well find it and get it out". No responsibility. I drove to them specifically for the quality they USE to do on clothes, etc. I guess I'll be going back tomorrow for another cleaning or my money.

The quality at this place has gone WAAAAAAAAAY DOWN!!!!!!!

Out of every time I went, and the time I called, each one was a different person.

Had excellent service until a few weeks ago..apparently they've opened a 2nd store and are having a horrible time keeping up with orders/clothing. They were late picking up our clothes and then never delivered them - after a week I called them and the person working the phone was rude and not helpful at all. She kept trying to put me on hold every time somebody walked into the store..finally I explained that I was a customer and had contacted them prior to others walking in the store. She huffed and went to the back to 'try' to find my clothes after I insisted that she do so and not call me back. They couldn't find them and would have to call me back. She asked if I could tell her the clothing items that were in the bag - I explained that I dont keep a record of size, color, etc. of items I put into the bag weekly. She called later and explained they had opened a 2nd store and may have delivered my clothes to another customer. The next day a more professional person called me and explained that they found my clothing but not my husbands - I had to go through his closet and figure out one shirt that had an unusual color was in the bag. They then were able to find the shirts......too much competition for them to be this unprofessional and careless. Be aware.
