"It is currently the 5th of March and I ordered $200.00+ of items including tax February 12th. I followed through on my end (I paid them). They sent me an e-mail confirmation (that they did take my money) and that most orders ship in 2-5 days but could take as long as 14 days and if they could not meet this time frame they would contact me and their preferred method of contact is e-mail. Well I have e-mailed 5 times now with absolutely no response and did a BBB search on them and (shock of all shocks) I see they have an "F" rating with the BBB. This seems to be a continual way of business for them after reading reviews here, the Better Business Bureau, their Facebook, etc. So far as I can tell they SUCK, maybe they can convince me different at some point but here I am with a vehicle down waiting for their parts and that SUCKS!!!! As for a recommendation for someone to do business with, NAH I think I will pass and I will certainly research EVERY on-line business in the future before blindly sending them my hard earned cash!"

Do not leave the dealership with a vehicle on which they have pre-installed the Sirius Satellite package. Even though we never listened to it once, never asked for it, we are now getting harassing abandoned solicitation calls from Sirius Satellite Radio. We just sent a letter off to the FCC. What a waste of our time and precious federal tax dollars created by this mess.

Awful Service Department

I have been using a competitor of Cherokee for awhile but decide to give them a try since they were closer, BIG MISTAKE! I brought my truck into the service department and say Tim Tucker. After my truck being there all day I never received a call regarding my repair. I had to call and ask about it, which is not my job when you are paying the HIGH LABOR rate there Of course them wasn't around when I called. I then spoke to Tony Smith the Service Manager and what a cocky JOKE he is! IN the end I found out they had never looked at my truck and simply forgot it needed to be looked at. When I went to pick it up I realized the problem, Tim;s desk is a DISASTER zone, it makes sense he would lose my work order!

Exceptional Service

I had my vehicle serviced here recently and I was treated very fairly. Their staff was very friendly and their prices were cheaper than the other dealership that I used before it closed. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent Treatment

I use to take my vehicle to one of the dealers that closed. Then I came up to Cherokee and their staff was very eager and polite. They made my transition for the other dealer seamless, and if I knew they were up there before, I would have been taking my vehicle there the whole time.

I have used this dealer for all my truck wark and they have been nothing less than perfect. They treaty me like part of there family and welcome me with open arms every time. I have never had this type treatment at any dealer before. I am very happy they are not closing and will remain there to service my truck. Thanks Guys
