As I sit here knowing I'm about to drop close to $100 for two pedicures I am so disappointed that this place has gone straight downhill. I said the last time this would be the last time but after 6 months and my daughter being home from college (this is one of our "special" things we get to do together) I figured we'd give them one more chance〰 Never Again.
They have paid NO attention to anything they've done other than take the old polish off. I'll give another salon my loyalty & money from now on

love the place and people there. Always a great experience. I never had any problems with the service and like the way they try to make you feel special.

Bad service

I have never experienced such rudeness from a nail salon before. My friend and I went to have a pedicure- #1... They set a kitchen timer to make sure they are done in 30 minutes or less. I have never experienced this before & as soon as that timer went off they sped up to finish in a hurry. #2... After they were done we were sitting there & I was waiting to get my top coat put on since I had a design put on my toes. A technician came up to us & said I'm sorry you need to get up & pay now. Excuse me... But I'm not even done! So she rushed & threw on a very thin top coat, grabbed my purse & drink & ushered us to the front to pay. We were thinking that there must be a lot of people waiting. But, to our utter astonishment- there was absolutely no one waiting when we got to the front. All in all it was a very rude, bad & disappointing experience! I will not be spending any of my hard earned money there ever again!

I just moved into Bridge Mill. After the move I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi. I drove by and saw it tucked away in a little strip mall. Everyone was so nice. The place is beautiful and most of all CLEAN! I am definitely going back. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massages are fantastic!
