Terrible service department. Issues are never fixed and you have to go back multiple times to have anything addressed. Service Advisors only document issues but do not quality control anything that technicians tell them. Awful experience. I have taken car in 4 times for same issue, and though Service Advisors have experienced and commented on this issue, i keep driving off the lot and seeing that nothing was fixed. This happens every time i report an issue to this dealership. Service Manager does not return calls either, which is infuriating. Feel helpless and gullible for buying a car here. Stay away

I brought my grand caravan in for the annual state inspection, a recall, and a blown sensor for my window washer fluid. Everyone was great, treated me good and the courtesy shuttle driver was pretty cool too. When I was called and advised that my van was ready I got the rundown of repairs. All done except the recall ... Which is okay, I was told parts may not be available when I scheduled the appt. However, they went above what I asked and fixed my TPMS indicator on one of my wheels. No big deal u think? Well, I had another dealership saying that they wanted to rip my dash apart to fix (Diehl). These guys diagnosed and fixed without me asking ... In my book, that's pretty awesome. And ... They washed my van ... Diehl never did that! I will definitely be back for all my van maintenance!

I am extremely happy/satisfied with my purchase at South Hills Chrysler Jeep Kia. I was looking for a new Jeep. I requested a quote from the Jeep website and was contacted by Christine. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. When I went to the dealership I met Ryan. He is funny, friendly,polite and very very patient. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was comfortable with Christine, Ryan and Jim (the manager) right away. My previous car purchases had been a draining ordeal but Ryan made this purchase fun, exciting and very easy. We were offered a great price on exactly what I wanted and I made the purchase on the spot. They offer great concierge services (free oil changes, car inspections and car washes). I could not be more happy with my experience at South Hills Chrysler Jeep Kia and with my brand new Jeep.
