I dealt with Rick mainly and he did an EXCELLENT job of taking care of everything. There was a very minor set back with the vehicle I bought but Rick instantly took care of it and made sure it was 100%! He was very personable and very genuine with me in the buying process too! I visited Estate Auto Sales because they had a 2015 Subaru WRX for sale. I called one morning and set up an appointment for that evening to come in and test drive the car. When I got there, I was greeted by a very nice lady who asked if I wanted the keys to check out the car until someone could take me out for a test drive. I was happy that they let me take a test drive, as some dealerships don't allow this which is silly. After my test drive I spoke with I believe the owner/manager who was very friendly. We talked numbers for a little bit and I told him I would think about it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, would definitely consider doing business with Estate Auto Sales in the future.

Was shopping for a quality used awd car and found a good selection of their inventory was awd and in my price range, $25000 and under. test drove a audi, bmw, Volvo, and a lexus. no pressure - pricing and finance were low. took delivery same day

Absolutely awesome to work with! I contacted Auto Estates about a late model Lexus that they had advertised for sale on-line - and indicated that I was interested in the car, but that I lived a few hundred miles away, so I needed to try to make a deal over the phone (without ever seeing nor driving the car!). The sales person, Matt, did a thorough walk around the car while I was on the phone with him, explaining every minor defect inside and out, including providing perspective on tire wear. They showed up with the car 3 days later, right on schedule, the car looked awesome / exactly as it was described, we spent 5 minutes signing a few forms, I gave them a check, and I now own a great Lexus. The car looks and drives great ... I will buy from these guys again. I highly recommend Auto Estates!!!

When I first arrived at Auto Estates the feeling was very easy going. I asked if I may test drive a Mercedes C300 and the nice lady behind the desk got me the keys put a dealer plate on the cars and said give it a go and let me test drive alone without a dealer peering over my shoulder the whole time. I test drove 5 cars at Auto Estates that day and they were nice and clean and the crew was very accommodating. When I finally decided on my car (I love BTW) Rick Smetana sat down after the location was already closed and got me the lowest rates he could find. This was a refreshing experience because normally I hate car shopping. I only have one complaint which is , I only got one car phob with my purchase and they said they were going to do research about another but I have yet to hear from them. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Auto Estates (especially Rick) to a friend or family member.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I was not pressured or rushed. I was able to move at my own pace. The prices were very good and they gave me a great price for my trade in.

Like everyone, I was a little hesitant to venture out from the stealerships and buy a luxury pre-owned from a privately owned lot. But, after dealing with the snobs at Sewickley for the last time, I decided to give it a shot. Rick was very open and eager to come up with a plan that worked despite the fact that I had some negative equity in my trade-in. A few minor things came up (small damage to some molding that I hadn't noticed before purchasing, tire damage on the spare) and Rick took care of it all AFTER the sale was completed. So I guess they truly stand behind their cars. Very quick and easy transaction. None of the stealership hassle. Thanks, Matt, Rick, and Cherrie. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

I inquired about a Nissan 370z they had for sale through cars.com. They gave me a call the next day and I went in to take a test drive. They were very nice and helped me through everything. Rick got me a great deal on my trade in and I drove home in my 370z. I will update on how the car is on reliability. So far, I am loving it. Definitely go see them, they have a great inventory.

Great selection of quality used cars. They may not be the cleanest, but I saved thousands compared to the big dealer across the streat with high overhead. They lined up financing at better rates than i could get online and executed a flawless courtesy trade for me, which was a nice touch and saved me hundreds on taxes.

Rick and Matt were excellent to work with and I felt like I received a good deal on a purchase of a used Audi. They had many to select from and all were in good condition. This dealership is easy to get to from all areas of western pa. They work closely with the attached mechanic station next door.

I recommend these guys to everyone, and will use them again. Prices are reasonable and these guys aren't high pressure sales guys.
