Dr. Sherman transformed my life. If you really want to get healthy with proper eating, taking the right supplements and exercise tailored to your body's needs, don't hesitate to follow his advice. I lost 70 pounds in one year, have maintained my goal weight for a full year and look and feel great. My MD has taken me off of all prescription medications. I was on a statin for cholesterol and had been on thyroid medication since I was 13 years old (for 60 years). He cured me of lower back and neck pain and has rehabilitated my knee and ankle to a condition where I can do anything physical I need to do without limping or getting injections. I have been seeing Dr Alan Sherman for over 10 years. I was in severe pain for years after a botched spinal operation that left me hobbling with a cane and addicted to pain killers. Dr Sherman's assessment and treatment got me off the meds and on the road to a slow but lasting recovery. My disability is only a part of my life instead of an all encompassing drudgery. While other doctors prior to seeing Dr Sherman turned me away or merely prescribed more pain meds, Dr Sherman addressed my needs head-on and gave me a chance at a full life. Many thanks to him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sherman since 2002. I was his 9th patient in this location. I come for therapy twice a week, mainly for relief of fibromyalgia. Dr. Sherman and his staff are very knowledgeable in the treatments available for this condition. On Mondays Dr. Sherman works with me in the gym, then adjusts me, and has me stretched, then I have a massage with Karina. On the other day, Dr. Sherman works with me on yoga, balance, and core strength. My chronic pain has improved greatly since coming here. Every time I come here, everyone is in a good mood and they joke around which makes being here a lot of fun and the time passes rapidly.

On your first appointment be prepared to go through some brainwashing. Dr. Alan Sherman will assure you that once you sign up for his sessions your whole lifestyle is going to change dramatically, everything from your diet to your body image and well being. Be prepared to prepay a pretty good dollar for your sessions and for the works: everything from his questionable supplements, shakes ($45 for a half full bottle), overpriced accessories and his home made "health bars" made non-other than the doctor himself in the privacy of his home. Non of this stuff works and should be inspected by the Food and Drug Administration.

After your initial "new patient" status wears out be prepared to wait long hours for your therapy sessions with so called "therapists" who are mostly young and inexperienced girls on training. The good thing is that you won't get tired of seeing the same ones each time since they do not last.

Oh, also if you are young or good looking lady, Dr. Sherman will even take your photo with his cell phone for his "private" files which most likely will end up in his photography studio which he claims to be so fond of.
