Made an appointment for my 2 little dogs. When I got there, I was told that the vaccinations had been expired. I told them that I had provided the information months ago when we first went there and that it's been only a few months, so everything was current. Then another one of their geniuses finally figured out that the person who had inputted the vaccination info forgot to input it for BOTH dogs. Finally agreed to take them for their appointment. 10 minutes later the manager called me and said they could not bath one of the dogs (18 pounds) because he had growled when they tried to cut his nails. I asked if they could at least bath the other one. No, he said, because the other dog had displayed "aggression." When I got there to pick them up, the manager tried to tell me some more nonsense.... rude, incompetent all the way to management!!
