Nice people but DON'T pay before it's delivered as you won't get your tile.



I told them how large my area was to be tiled and they suggested I buy more then I needed so I got the proper colors I wanted. I was promised that I could return the extra tiles with no restocking fee. When I returned some of the extra (wanted to keep some in case of damages in the future) and they applied the credit to my next order.



I placed my new ordered them in March - both my workers and I have gone there numerous times trying to get my new order delivered. The first time they went - they lied that I can cancelled my order. But no credit was put on my credit card.

I have placed calls and calls and promised the tiles will be delivered but as of today they still have not delivered them. The last time it was joked that I could sue them if I wanted to.



Mind you this was after they said IF I paid a $200 restocking fee on the original tiles returned that I could get my order. $200 was more than the credit they gave me for the returned tiles.



They continue give promises of a delivery date and never show or call to explain why they didn't arrive.



I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. THEY ARE THEIVES and LYERS
