They are a home warranty scamming machine. Their customer service reps are trained to manipulate, managers the same way. We had them come 3 times on our home warranty, they got paid, but never fixed our dishwasher. Now our home warranty is expired and they won't come make good on the useless appliance. They were so rude, calling me "ma'am" in a condescending, male chauvinist way and telling me in monotone repeatedly that I could always choose someone else and needed to call the warranty company. I kept repeating that I couldn't; it is now expired...but that 3 visits and no fix is unacceptable. I then thought the manager would want our business and good will, but he got on and just started yelling at me until I was literally screaming back; not something I do often. I am so tired of everyone scamming the working middle class. Can't anyone just do honest work for honest pay anymore. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY DESERVE TO GO UNDER...
