Do not deal with these people. Trying to work with them and the outrageous prices they charge should be criminal. My son was injured at work and let go. I took over the account for him. He fell behind in his payments and attempted to work with Dave, the credit manager, to resolve the issue. Even offering to pay half immediately and then they could work out the rest with my son. He would not accept that, talked over me on the phone. Admittedly by this point I was not very pleasant either and I had to loudly ask if he would stop talking and listen to me. He then hung up on me. I spoke with Karen at the Geneva Main Office who was exceptionally helpful, took half the balance as payment and indicated they would try to work out the rest. Dave then cancelled the arrangement and had the tanks picked up. He was a completely ignorant and difficult person to deal with. Save yourself some blood pressure and do not deal with them.
