Just had a small piece of acrylic custom cut to cover my new oval glass coffee table. They kept my glass top to assure that it would fit properly. Picked it up a few days later to discover that it is not the same shape as the glass top. It was very expensive, so I expected it to be identicle to the glass top or at least be the same shape even if it was identicle size. Poor workmanship and over priced.

Very slow.. Took three weeks to get 2 pieces of 9x15 glass. You would think that would be a simple and quick job. If you are doing a job and you know you will need glass cut, do it when your starting the job, don't wait until the job is done to get the glass. I was originally told 1 week to 10 days...and I thought that was extreme.
