My yard has a privacy fence labeled with "No Trepassing" signs but my local UPS in Camdenton, MO. has been told repeatedly that their drivers are welcome to deliver packages on the property and that if the gates are closed they may open the front one and bring packages up to the porch. Yet, every other package that gets delivered here is still just thrown over the front gate. Today I walked to my back gate to find that one had been through over it. It wasn't even a heavy package by any stretch of the imagination. All it had in it was a tshirt.

Bad service drivers can not read address on packages try delivering package to wrong address so I have to drive over 30 miles to pick up package because of them. There's know help when you call. Something needs to be done.

Use to get great service from them but this past year they have been horrible. I have had family stay by the door ALL day twice now on two different deliveries and both times they don't show up. On the first one they failed to deliver it on the second day and we had to call Camdenton UPS center to have them make the driver meet us some where. Now they changed the date on this one after waiting all day without even an update. So much for UPS Choice - its a waste of to go set up your information since they don't update you with anything needed. Very very bad UPS Store.

this place stinks. I've received packages for years at this address but the last 2 they say there is no such place and I have to pick up at terminal from a surly employe

They delivery my packages to the neighbors and the neighbor(s) packages to us, they say we requested to have our packages held for pick up and we have not! Very poor business ethics!

I would only give this 1/2 a star if it would let me. However, I live in Lebanon MO and my packages come from this facility. I had a package I had paid extra to arrive sooner. Except, UPS can't seem to deliver it. The package requires NO signature and I signed the back of the notice that was left yesterday so that the driver would leave it on my porch TODAY. Nope, second notice left and the first notice was gone. Now i'm sitting on the phone with UPS trying to get it brought back today instead of waiting until MONDAY!! However, nobody is home, we are a WORKING family too, and the 2nd notice has NO signature allowing the driver to leave it, well DUHHHHH, he took the 1st notice that I had signed to begin with!! SMH!! Drivers, please start paying attention!!

I had waived signature on a very urgently needed package of medical supplies I was completely out of. The driver did not leave it without a signature because he didn't look at the sheet. He claimed to be new and not familiar with me, but he also said 'She always requires a signature" so he DID know me. Was too busy to bring it back even though it was HIS mistake. Management typically leaves it up to the driver whether they correct their mistakes or not. Not one UPS driver has ever fixed his mistake that day. I'll do without those medical supplies for 3 days now. ABYSMAL customer service.
