Tom has taken care of my babies from the moment they needed care and my little one needed knee surgery and I was a mess but because of Tom and the staff we both got through it and I’m very hopefully this surgery will give him his movement back! I wouldn’t change making that decision because I trust Tom that much.

I've been taking my pets to him for years. He gives great care, his staff is always super friendly, they are great in explaining what's going on with your pet and your options for care, they really want to give your pet the best care they can and it's very affordable. Cost and word of mouth about the great care was what initially made me go to him and it was the best decision for my pets I've ever made.

Our two dogs have had the good fortune to have Dr. Ulyshen as their veterinarian. His gentle care has helped minimize their anxiety. When one of the dogs died, Dr. sent us a thoughtful card. His assistants also make visiting the office pleasant.

Totally incompassionate, heartless, and unkind man!

If i could go negative in the star rating, I would. My mother and I took our dogs, Kato and Liberty Star to this man to be put to sleep. Kato was 16, Liberty was 10 and it was just their time. Both dogs had health problems, and Kato was just so old. When we arrived, because of their size, they had us lay the dogs down in the floor. Understandable, they were German Shepards. The "doctor" came in and drew up the meds he would need and explained to us what he was about to do. Thats fine. He came around the exam table and gave both dogs a shot of anesthetic. They relaxed and laid their heads down. Still good at this point. When he finished with the shots, he left the room for a few minutes. When he came back in, he then came around and gave a shot to both dogs, that he said "suppressed respiratory function"...and walked out again. Seconds after he left, Kato began to seize. His legs were contracting up into his body, he was barring his teeth, his tongue was turning purple, his eyes shot open and were twitching, he just looked like he was in so much pain. My mom, when the seizing began started screaming and sobbing uncontrollably. Who wouldn't, we've had both of these dogs since they were 8 weeks old. Kato was like a brother to me. He was bought for me when i was 14, when my grandmother passed away. So, here I am, having to hold and console my mom, keep my own sobs under control, and look away from my dog. Simply because, THAT IS NOT THE WAY I WANTED TO REMEMBER HIS LAST MOMENTS. The "doctor" comes back in by this time Kato has relaxed again and asked what happened. We told him, and he just nonchalantly says, "oh, that happens sometimes" no," I'm sorry you had to witness that, or I'm sorry but unfortunately that happens sometimes."...So now that Kato has relaxed he comes over to him, and picks him up by his tail, and his scruff and just throws him up on the exam table. Kato's tongue was hanging out of his mouth, and he was as limp as a rag doll. Doesn't even try to cradle him. Once he gets him on the exam table, he asks my mother, who is still hysterical, to assist him in putting Kato's hind quarters into a black trash bag. My mother complies. He said this was to keep Kato from releasing his "functions" on the exam table. He gives Kato the final shot to stop his heart, and shoves the rest of Kato's body and head into the trash bag, cinches the drawstring and picks up the bag and takes him out of the room and put him in a room somewhere. He then returned, and followed the exact same actions and procedures with Liberty Star. I understand that this is the kind of thing that happens "behind the scenes" after a pet owner leaves...But it was absolutely incompassionate, heartless, and unkind for him to do this in front of us. This was our very, very much loved pet....Our family member. People like this belong in Hell, and I hope his days in Hell are hot. How could you treat an animal that way? Dead/dying or not. How would he feel if we did that to his mother, child or sibling?! But of course, he made sure that we paid before we left. The most horrifiying day of my life. These are the type of people that make you have no hope for humanity these days.
