The tall blond post officer gave us very bad advice on a passport issue, insisting we send an original document with our passport application, assuring us the original document would be returned to us with the passport. It wasn't! Now we must pay fees to obtain another document when we had ours. Plus, the passpsort services were only open 10:30 am to 2:30 pm,not very convenient for people who work or go to school. The service was inconvenient, the advice was completely incorrect, and the whole affair is costly and time consuming fo us.
