Terrible! The staff were incredibly RUDE and AGGRESSIVE when I voiced a concern about their privacy practices. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in a pharmacy. I would NEVER patronize this place again.



First of all, they took a very long time to fill my prescription (which they had received directly from my doctor far in advance). No one said, "this will take a few minutes": the pharmacist took my identification with barely a word, then disappeared into the back and left me standing there for an extended period of time wondering what was taking so long.



When they finally came back, they pasted a sticker with my name and insurance information into a publicly accessible book that sits out on their check-out counter and asked me to sign it. I expressed surprise and discomfort, since I had never seen this practice before: other pharmacies I have visited keep all personal information, including the fact that you filled a prescription and the name of your insurance provider, completely private. When I expressed my discomfort to the pharmacist, he was incredibly condescending and rude. He chastised me for getting "excited" and lectured me about how we don't have complete privacy in a community, then he actually waved his hand at me dismissively, turned, and walked away from me before I could respond.



How could someone who demeans and bullies his customers possibly be relied on to provide information and advice about sensitive, private health care issues?



If you want to deal with a pharmacist who values your privacy, treats you like an adult, and is willing to address your concerns politely, then DO NOT visit Skenderian!
