I've had bad service before and have encountered with this NTB once or twice but nothing to the magnitude as of today!This morning I simply called for a price on a tire for my car,1gentleman answered the phone,passed the call to a 2nd guy and the 2nd guy proceeded to ask my name and number an that he would call me back?!
So I'll be going to NTB on 133RD and Cicero!

This place has excellent customer service. The guys were very courteous and gave me the best offers and advice about my vehicle. I felt comfortable with the price I paid and options that were presented to me. For once I didn't feel like I was being ripped off and told I needed additional services because I was a woman with no knowledge of buying tires. I would highly recommend going here for complete tire and car care.
