dirty, outdated and unprofessional. Office is unpleasant. Apartments are deplorable, old, musty, should be a tear down. Code enforcement must be called.

WARNING to all students and parents of students do not rent student housing through Vito. They properties all have a bunch of problems. When you move in they properties are filthy and run down and will not fix any problem. Also they will barge into your house with out notice even though I'm the contract they say they have to give you notice. If you go to them to complain about anything they will find anything they can to come back at you and try to make you life a living hell. I've worked for a property management company and this is not how things are supposed to be done.
