I used them for a family vacation and it was a horrible experience. They gave us a price when we first booked and when we went to pay it off the price had went up several hundred dollars. How does that happen?! Then they told us it was to late to cancel or we would lose all of our money! I seriously feel like I got ripped off. TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Great service They are very experanced and worked hard for our vacation. We were told by personal at the Sandals Resort they had been to that resort themselves. From talking to them I belive they are the most experanced persons I have ever meet in or around Washington, DC.

I found the agent I spoke with, to have what I call Expert knowelege of world travel no matter where I ask about . What I think was top service and Tool free number's that worked though out my trip. When in Paris and LOST I called the agent , who had me walk 50 feet one direction to locate me with my phones GPS than told me to go to the next corrner turn left for what I wa looking for. She spoke to the shop keeper in French for me, on my phone. What service. When on the Great wall we called 24 Karat Travel and the agnt spoke to a cab driver in Chantinese and got us back to Beijing. WE learned in spite of wnating to discover the world on our owen , Thier travel packages were a much better deal on the whole. The All inclusive package in China was great until we stayed extra days and tried it on our own. Bob

They also own a one of a kind top class [In the World] Bridal shop , Pagent shop at 105 West Main, Calhoun,Il. We drove and flew 1500 miles to get my daughters pagent dress at this shop. She Won her pagent and we are jsut back form the pagent in Cancun, Mexico. They warned us about being down town in Cancun at night and were right on the money about the problems down town. We stayed at the resort [ as they told us to do.] all but one evening we were down town and saw first hand what they had warned us about.They know as they have traveled the world themselves. Don has loged over 5 Millions miles his self in world travel. Experance we have learned to depend on first hand. This wummer we ask them to plan a trip to Europe for all of us, making the stops at Museums along with others that are to have Karens Past Art work on display. My parents are going on a New Start Vacation they have planed . WE LOVE 24 Karat Travel. Thank You!!!

Was very helpful and have experanced all the sandals themselves personally. Great refference people and knew the ins and out of travel. Got what I wanted at less than what i had expected to pay and a better upgrade than thought possable. Trip was excatly as they had told me it would be, even e-mailed me photos of a wedding they had set up at resort. THANKS! Carrie

I have never used a travel agent and just called this service to try to get more information. The woman I spoke with gave me no information on what she could do for me, and was quite rude. I called another travel agency that was much more helpful in giving me the information I needed

Great Knowledge of the world, experanced travlers themselves, Honest will tell you as it is if that is what you want. Quick to tell you if you are not sure if where you wish to go is not safe for American travlers. Price turned out to be better than most we talked with on our trip. Thanks Superpages!!

the service wasout of this world the arangements were exactly what we wanted . The trip was out of this world and from what others told us on the same trip who had book otherwise , we had a much better deal . We booked a cruise with this company, the service was good but the ship was horrable. I wish we would have been warned ahead of time.

I meat my w ife on a dive trip to cozmel Karen set up. 24 kt did our wedding in St. LUCIA, our honeymoon around the world and back home to Califorina. we will use them again. Not even one complinet from my familly on Wedding or travel plans they handled without a single complaint. Service Service Service what else can I say!!

They saved me money on a great Cruise & Vacation over an other agency's Quote [Who charged for the Quote] 24 Karat did not charge for the quote and claim they do not ever charge for Estimates or Quotes. They are CLIA & NACTA Certified which many agencies are not. They Called with my Cabin number on the ship an Hour after I booked the Cruise. Unlike other companies that take all the charge on a card at one time up front. They took a Deposit on the Cruise and Two months latter Charged my Air Fare to my card, Three months latter they charged the preliminary Charge to my card and two months latter [two months before Our departure] The last charge appeared. As easy as making payments but no finance charge. Having worked in past with the Finance department of the Cruise industry this is the correct way for a HONEST Travel Agency to take payments on the Clients Behalf.

After the Cruise we spent a week at a resort before returning home, We called 24 Karat and added another week in the Carbbean for total bill of less than the other agency had quoted us to began with for the same Cruise Plus three days.

To say the least I am at this point more than satasified, in Fourty years of traveling the world I have never found an agency that cared so much for thier clients Interest. When I returned home the agency called to be assured the vacation was all I hoped for. I booked our Basic next Trip while on the phone, another Cruise 12 months out as that is the cheaper way to book a cruise.

Very prompt in getting information to me for comparing cruises and they follow through before, during and after your vacation. Very knowledgeable and they have packages for any budget. Great people, friendly, efficient and very helpful in recommending the best vacation for my budget and preferences with options to choose from..
