Symms, once worked on the ranch, which is owned and operated by his family. The company also owns the Ste. Chapelle Winery in Caldwell. The winery was established in 1978 and produces 130,000 cases of wine annually, which is distributed throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Taiwan. The winery offers monthly wine education classes and is open for complimentary tours seven days a week.

Provided by YP.comThey do have great fruit, but their customer service is terrible! The attitude is "we don't need your business". I called them to ask if they had a particular item on hand and they would not say. It is a fairly long way for me to travel and gas is not cheap, and my time is worth something. The person on the phone finally laughed at me and simply stated "if you want to find out, you can drive out here and see for yourself". I was blown away by her attitude!
