Let's face it, no one wants to spend money on plumbing, it's not fun... but when you do call Sanray. He came to my home when he said he would, was capable, used qualtiy parts, did the job in a professional and quick manner and instilled confidence in me. What more could you ask for? I will call Sanray if I have problems in the future.



Oh, and he cleaned up after himself. Bonus points. :)

I called San-Ray Plumbing one morning and by 1:00 p.m. that day, he showed up to repair my problem. It was done in a professional and excellent manner. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Ray and his son from Sand-Ray Plumbing came to the rescue and used their

expertise to repair and configure an iron water filtration system that was originally

configured improperly. They made the necessary road trips to Donnelly from Caldwell

and stuck with the project until the system was working perfectly. Ray went above

and beyond the call of duty and used his extraordinary knowledge of filtration systems

to re-configure our non-working system so that is functioned properly. I would highly recommend

San-Ray Plumbing. They are knowledgeable and professional with the work they perform.

Ray took care of a warranty sotner resin tank issue for one of my customers and could not of taken care of it any better. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He took care of the customer and treated him right.

I called San-ray plumbing to repair the plumbing at a rental home of mine. The tenant said it was backed up. The plumber called and told me that the problem was not what the tenant did, but that the drain pipes had been installed incorrectly. The cost to repair the pipes would be $400 or $500. We recently had a defective water softener (not purchased from Sun Ray) repaired by Sun Ray Plumbing. We were most pleased with their work and we felt their price was very reasonable. The softener was under warranty for parts but not for labor. Sun Ray had to make two trips to our home. One to ascertain the problem and the second to replace the defective part which had to be ordered. In both cases they called ahead to establish a time that would be convenient for us and arrived at the scheduled time. We were very pleased with the service they provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

I appreciate the knowledge and experience that San-Ray provided us. We had some unique needs, which required more experience than the average plumber. They provided the extra knowledge and effort needed to solve our difficult problem. I appreciate their professionalism, prompt response, and plumbing expertise.

Excellent System, Fixed our smelly water. They were very perfessional throughout the installation. Went way out of their way to install in difficult area. Follow-up with answers to questions in a timely matter. Would diffently recomend them to family and friends.

When I called San-Ray on short notice and asked if they could look at our water softener that was installed by another company, I did not expect to see them the same day. Ray Sr makes plumbing problems a thing of the past. No problem large or small can escape his professionalism, tenacity, and customer pleasing attitude. I have had to experience questionable plumbing repairs over the years but the last three years here have been trouble free solutions with San Ray. Trust Ray to fix any plumbing issue, make recommendations for improvements to our water issues here in the Treasure Valley, and follow through with dedication and professionalism beyond all expectations. San Ray is a company without peers. You can find no better.

These folks did all the plumbing in our home when we were building about 3 years ago. When the inspector came in he said, "Wow, who did your plumbing...this is excellent!" We didn't have any idea what the inspector was talking about, but it gave us great peace of mind to hear him say that.



Years later, a seal on one of our faucets broke leaking water into the office below. San-ray came out within 12 hours, stopped the leak--and returned a few days later to replace the faulty parts. On top of all that, they patched the ceiling and told us "they would take care of 'fighting the manufacturer of the part' for us," and charged us nothing for labor or parts!



I just wish these guys worked on cars!!

I must say I have not seen more professional people than the folks at San Ray plumbing. I used San Ray plumbing to install a couple of new toilets for me, and the job was completed in a very short time with absolutely no mess. I plan to use them for any future plumbing needs.

I have used San-Ray plumbing on several jobs, both for plumbing service and water treatment. They are the most conscientious and professional people in the valley. They are very careful as they enter your home, minimize the mess, and clean up before they leave. I recommend them to everybody.

Had a problem with our hot water heater. I saw the good reviews on yellowpages so I gave them a call. They came out fast and fixed the issue. It was cheaper than the previous bid, good job!

We built a new home six years ago and had San-Ray Plumbing install our plumbing and the Iron Eliminator II.



They are very professional and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. They were on the job when expected and when a call was made to them it was returned promptly and with the information that was needed.



We had a terrible problem with minerals in our water and the Iron Eliminator II was exactly what we needed. It needs no maintenance at all and does what San-Ray Plumbing said it was going to do.



We have a mother-in-law's cottage on the property and had San-Ray Plumbing remove the system that was in there and put in the Iron Eliminator II because it works.



I think San-Ray Plumbing is an excellent company and would recommend them without hesitation.

After building our new home we found that we had extremely hard water with a high concentration of iron. San-Ray Plumbing recommended a system to soften the water & remove the iron. We also installed an R.O. unit for the drinking water. We are very happy with the system. It completely removed the iron, & our drinking water is wonderful. All aspects of installation were handled very professionaly, & Ray Sr. has contacted us to make sure all is going well. We definitely rate their service & equipment as exceptional!!
