I will never go there again! Our dog came home with a butchered hair cut and nicks on both ears! Terrible groomer!!

I have two mini schnauzers that I took here. When we got there the woman was very short and rude. I should have left but decided everyone has good days and bad say I left my dogs there. When I picked my dogs up she chewed me out and tried to tell me they were both over weight and need to go on diets and my dogs are not over weight. I had half a mind to not pay her. My dogs were not cut in a correct schauzer cut and the lighting is really bad so I couldn't see every detail on my dogs. I paid her and we left. When I got home I discovered my dogs had cuts from the shears all over their bodies and one really bad one that was still bleeding in my females ear. I ended up having to take my female to the vet because the cut in her ear got really bad infected and nothing I tried worked to get it better. This woman is a crappy groomer DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE

take my dog to the groomer once a year to get his hair cut short for the summer. When I arrived at Lakeside, the groomer proceeded to chew me out for not getting his hair cut sooner and tried to convince me that grooming animals is as important as grooming a child. I should have walked out of the place then but I thought I'd give her a chance. The grooming job itself matched the customer service. They were both TERRIBLE! I will never return to Lakeside grooming again and would never encourage anyone else to go there either
