My Mother is a resident of Newhaven Court at Clearview in Butler, PA. Over Christmas, a package was mailed to her with a $50 gift certificate in it. The USPS tracking receipt clearly shows the package was delivered to Newhaven front desk, but my Mother never received the package. After numerous attempts to determine the location of the package, Newhaven continues to be unresponsive about the status of package. I question if this is an isolated incident or do other packages, especially around the holidays when monetary gifts are likely to be included, show up “missing”. Since Newhaven refuses to respond to inquiries, I cannot say. You should think about this when considering a residence for your elderly parents - especially if some of your family members are at a distance and need to send gifts via mail.

This is an absolute horrible choice if your looking for an assisted living home. The employees are treated horribly by the management, the pay and benefits are horrible, anytime you try and speak out
