Horrible customer service. Our softener has had an error code for the past 2 weeks, after calling several numbers, I’ve been told they “don’t know when” our softener will be serviced. Here we are 2 weeks with rusty water we can’t drink, and can’t wash clothes with and we have a rented machine!!
