Inundated with fees and predatory pricing. There is a reason they don't want to sell their tanks and its spelled M O N O P O L Y. Was sold a bag of goods when I was sold on renting a tank when I had my house built where I was told that the price would follow the Mount Belvoir, TX propane index. Huge prices followed for more than a decade. Was willing to dig my tank out from what was a lousy deal. After 20+ calls and many hours they finally agreed to let me purchase the tank at a fair price and then provided gas at the market rate for once.
