It was my 2nd experience at ZaZa and both have been great! Salon is very clean, and the staff is very nice and informative. Services on both days were great and I would definitely recommend ZaZa's to friends.

Absolutely a delight! Treated like a queen from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Awesome experience and the 1st time, I was truly delighted not by the cut/style but the awesome color/highlight. It has been about 5 weeks, my next appointment is coming up & I cannot wait. Thank you to the team for making me feel like a queen for the past 6 weeks!

I have tried manicure, pedicure, hair coloring, hair styling & cut and massage. I couldn't be more pleased with results and comfort level of all persons I have come in contact with. I have even told my husband and family all I want for holidays are gift cards from this spa.

I recently went to ZaZa for my wedding hair and makeup. I brought along my mother and maid of honor and I must say everything was fantastic! I was nervous when ZaZa called me to inform me that the Brenda (my make up artist for my trial) was no longer with the company and I would be with someone new; trusting the professionalism of ZaZa I knew I was in good hands. In the end, our make up was even better than the trial! It was a perfect day. ZaZa Salon and Day Spa made my day that much more special because of their great services. I will recommend them to my friends and I plan to start going for regular services as well.

Fantastic experience! The best shampooing ever. And my hairstylist was the best. She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the best styling I've had. I will definitely be back.

Customer service is always excellent. I always feel welcomed and everyone is very kind and helpful.

The salon has been perfect for me. I having been a customer for at least 10 years. Since being Zaza besides the appearance, the staff/management is what is great. If I have any little problem it was taken care of. Most of all, I was never made to feel like I was being a problem. That just doesn't happen most places. It's been a joy to be a customer for so long and see how you keep adding new services!!!

II had my hair highlighted and Kendra did a great job. I was also able to get my hair blow-out my Melissa. Super friendly staff and very clean.

A very customer oriented salon and spa with professional & friendly staff. Clean environment, always flexible and provide a personal touch to any service they provide. The ownder, Leo, also is very friendly and personable always acknowledging clients and remembers all of his regular clients' names by warmly greeting them. I'm a regular customer at this salon and would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

This salon offers the benchmark of what you should expect from a quality salon. Great salon. Autumn, Kendra and Viktoria are all great.

My stylist, Sasha was very friendly and helpful in helping me decided what kind of haircut/style I should go with. Many salons I've been to never really gave me any useful suggestion. I felt like I left with not only a better style but also some education. I would definitely come to ZaZa Salon and see Sasha again. I have already recommended it to some friends and will be back! I really enjoy coming here! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes my appointments (for hair and waxing) take longer than expected but I am usually happy with the results. I think I will keep coming here, although I have moved and am not as close.
