They went above and beyond for me. Had a bunch of stuff repaired on a used vehicle that I had recently purchased. Got the vehicle back and had no heat. They tried a quick fix. When that didn't fix it, they figured out what was going on.

They were able to take my vehicle immediately. They recommended two fixes, we went for the hopefully successful but less expensive fix. They really took the time to explain what was happening and what caused the problem. I'll be back here for the other repairs they recommended.

Go to another shop. Tried to scam. Could not fix the problem. damaged vehicle. And all of ths took 3 weeks with promises that it would be done every day for 2 weeks.

By the time I brought my car to Zach I was so frustrated I could chew nails. I had many bad dealings with so called car repair experts. Just by chance I remembered Zach and a job he did on a transmission for my truck. I knew he did transmissions but had no idea if he did genral repairs also. Thank God he did! I can not say enough about this young man and his staff. I am amazed at the knowledge this man posseses. He is no stranger to the words customer srvice either. Zach and his crew went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my car was done right the first time. Something I have learned is a rarity in the automotive industry. I strongly recomend Zach's transmission and 4x4 to anyone that wants it done and done right.
