'm so livid I don't even know what to say! To start off when I placed my order I made it very clear that this would be a christmas gift and asked if at all possible for the jacket to be done by Christmas. I was assured that this would not be a problem since I was dropping it off 6.5 prior to the holiday. during the ordering process the employee was very rude but seeing as it was important to my daughter I just brushed it off. Then 2 weeks before Christmas I got a phone call saying the jacket would be in the next day and I would receive a phone call letting me know what time to pick it up. After a week of not hearing another word I decided tot just stop in during their posted hours to check on the order but no one was there. When I called to find out what was going on I was informed that my daughters jacket was lost. When I finally received the jacket 3 weeks after Christmas the $57 custom chenille on the back was completely wrong!!!! I was told if I wanted it fixed it would be several more weeks and more expense. needless to say my daughter was very disappointed and it was a horrible experience!
