I spoke with Brittany on Saturday & Mandy on Sunday, placing a large order for today (Monday). Now, I can't speak from seeing their work, BUT my sister called from the funeral home where Young Floral Co delivered our order and she says the flowers & arrangements are amazing! The whole place smells of lilies and roses, each piece is beautifully created, the attention to even the smallest detail outstanding! The wonderful people of Young Floral went above and beyond any expectations we might have had, and the care they gave to each item shows abundantly. If you're looking for something to express your feelings - for whatever situation - I highly recommend calling Young Floral Co in Charleston West By God Virginia - you won't be disappointed!! Ordered a 17 and 1/2 X 17 and 1/4 wicker basket of plants with well placed red or yellow flowers. Specifically said no to daisies. Received an 8 in X 12 in small gold planter with few plants and pink roses and a pink daisy. Paid almost 80 dollars for a planter I would call pathetic. At least it had 3 roses, however, that is not what I ordered and paid for. I would never order here again. I found them to be very impersonal about the passing of a loved one. In addition, they say that one gets what they pay for. Well, in this case, we didn't get what we paid for.

Everthing about them rates 5 stars. The people will do whatever you need done and a quickly as possible. I recommended them to everyone.

they are fast and the work is great. one thing I like is that you can send anything in their gift shop, not just flowers. They even told me what they had and helped me pick a windchime for my moms birthday. I cant believe they delievered a windchime! They're good. Mom loved it so now I use them for all orders personal and professional.

I placed an order with them this morning around 8:00 when I got to work for my sisters birthday. My sister has already called to thank me for the flowers! She said they are amazing and told me I shouldnt have spent so much. Truthfully, I only spent about $30 but she thought I spent over $100! So needless to say they are awesome and I would definitey use them again.
