Took Advantage of 90 Year Old *Rip Off 15 Day Return Policy a 15% Restocking Fee to Put Box on Shelf

Bought 2 items totally $54.50. Tried to return on 17th day, was 1st told that there was no returns after 15 days. After I wouldn't just walk away and accept that answer, they offered me 85% said they collected a 15% "RESTOCKING" fee. This was a sealed box that was displayed on a shelf directly across from the register. 15% to put a box on a shelf? I told them how very disappointed I was, questioned their policy and believe that they should make certain to post this policy everywhere. I believe they are taking advantage of elderly customers. I'm just happy it was only $54.40 and I was only too happy to tell my story with the hope that others won't make the same mistake. It is deplorable to treat elderly and handicapped people with such disrespect, and to list your business as a "wellness" store is just wrong. Buyer Beware
Great Store for those with Aging Parents

This store is a great find in southeast Denver! They have had many products that have been so helpful for my mother who has been slowly declining with Alzheimer's and balance issues for a number of years now. Their selection of aids and gadgets is truly amazing......has made life easier for my mom and helped her to be as independent as possible. The store seems to have something to help with just about every challenge one could have. Their staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. I have also appreciated their helpfulness in referring me to other companies that could help me when they could not. Highly recommend this company!

This store has more products than you can imagine! It's tucked away by the King Soopers at Iliff and Monaco, but they have magnifiers for people who don't see well and every kind of cool cane imaginable. My mom sent me for some bathing wipes you can heat up afte she broke her ankle, but we ended up sitting in all of the lift chairs that help someone up and down with the touch of a button. I love this place!
