Its built on a foundation of stroke technique, supplemented with age appropriate strength and aerobic conditioning.
The team has produced success at every level, including many New Jersey and national time record breakers and Olympic Bronze medalist and World Record Holder Tom Wilkens.

Provided by YP.comThis is a nice gym. It has 3 floors and 2 pools. They have circuit training, an entire room of cardio equipment - each unit with its own TV, and free weight room for traditionalists.
