Very rude drivers will rush you away fast as possible even if you are paying them I don't recommend them

Terrible service, ordered for a pick up around 3:30, waited outside my business for over a hour, when i called back the dispatcher told me he waited 10 mins in the same area I was at(Im wearing a hawaiian shirt VERY BRIGHT AND STANDS OUT), and when I asked for another taxi driver thats more competent in their job i was told that it would be 45 mins till i got another ride, i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, i would rather walk then put any money in an operation like this. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Since last post things have changed greatly. Calling in is much more pleasant, the drivers are more friendly (most of the problem was due to dispatcher), time is dealt with as promptly as possible given amount of current calls. Only problems are with customers not treating drivers or cars with any respect and vehicle maintenance could be taken to a different mechanic.

Took long. $40 for six miles. Cash only, outrageous. Driver was nice but I would be to if I was getting paid like that.

Horribly rude. This company acts like my business is a huge inconvenience to their day. I placed two calls, they hung up on me twice. They wouldn't give me an ETA, wouldn't quote me a price- nothing. Extremely unfriendly, extremely unprofessional. No wonder Uber is gaining popularity, these cab companies are a pain to deal with.

I politely and professionally called this not so kind business for their services and was only greeted with dissapointment. Upon making the call I asked how long the cab would be and the operator (of little intellect mind you) replied that he didn't know and hung up. I called back to explain that I wanted to know how long because a member of our party was still getting ready. Then he replied that the cab was in route and would arrive in 10 minutes. Three minutes later the cab arrives and we were not ready nor expecting after 3 minutes. We politely told the cab that we were almost ready and the driver rudely said that he would charge us for the wait. I then politely told the driver to go on as we were not going to pay a charge for an early cab. He then proceeded to cuss at us and call us names. Unfortunately this was the only cab company in Hickory NC and so we had to find an alternative.

the best cab service ive ever dealt with driver was very professional car was clean and they were very prompt
